Menklab – a software and app development company – is as American as it is Ukrainian. So, when Russia invaded in early 2022, Founder and Owner Justin Menkveld knew he had to take action. Not just for his team that lives in Dnipro, but for all of their family, friends, neighbors, and countrymen who are fighting for their freedom.
Basic resources, such as medical equipment, can become very difficult to source during times of war. They are used by both volunteers and defenders; however, purchasing them locally is nearly impossible. War is very expensive and support can take weeks or months to arrive; nowhere near fast enough.
Justin and the Menklab team diagnosed this glaring flaw and kickstarted their own solution. The American private sector is uniquely positioned to respond quickly and able to fill this critical gap in lifesaving supplies. They just had to get the word out – so, Justin reached out to us to help.
